In line with our environmental commitment, this initiative focuses on reducing waste by giving a second life to hygiene products that are approaching their expiration date but are still safe and effective. By redirecting these items for social use, we extend their life cycle, reduce resource consumption, and minimize the environmental impact associated with disposal.

We want to help improve the lives of vulnerable people and communities, both nearby and around the world. This action focuses on making essential hygiene products easier to access, which is important for protecting health and dignity. It also supports values like equality, solidarity, and respect for human rights, helping to create fairer and stronger communities.

Economic Responsibility

Obtain more benefits through rapel to international organizations in a way to reinvest on the organization and more social projects.

From an economic point of view, this initiative follows a model where everyone benefits. By selling our products in large quantities and at lower prices to international NGOs, we can help more people while still earning a small return. These earnings can then be used to support new social or environmental projects. This way, our CSR efforts stay sustainable and can grow over time.

How Will It Be Implemented?

To achieve these goals, we propose a dual strategy combining local donation with international social sales:

Local Donations (Lleida Region)

Our products are made with natural ingredients and free from chemical preservatives, which means they have a shorter  shelf life compared to industrial alternatives. This leads to occasional surplus stock that cannot be sold through traditional  retail channels but remains completely usable for several more months.

To avoid waste, we will establish cooperation agreements with social organizations in Lleida, such as Fundació Jericó, that  work with individuals facing homelessness, poverty, or social exclusion. These entities often receive food and monetary  donations, but hygiene products are rare, despite being essential for personal dignity, disease prevention, and social  reintegration.

Through this partnership we aim to:

  • Address an often overlooked need in social aid, access to hygiene.
  • Generate an immediate and direct positive impact on vulnerable people’s lives.
  • Strengthen the connection with the local community and social fabric.

International Social Sales (e.g., UNICEF and Similar NGOs)

On a global scale, we will collaborate with humanitarian organizations such as UNICEF or the International Red Cross.These partnerships will allow us to offer large volumes of our products at symbolic, non profit prices, facilitating their distribution in underserved areas, such as refugee camps, conflict zones, or regions with weak health infrastructure.

This social bulk pricing model is designed not for commercial gain but for maximizing public health impact:

  • Improving personal hygiene in vulnerable communities.
  • Reducing the spread of infections and communicable diseases.
  • Advancing global health equity through ethical and sustainable business practices.

Revenue obtained through discounts, bulk incentives, or symbolic sales (rapel)will be reinvested in social impact projects, ensuring the financial sustainability of the initiative.

Expected Outcomes

Through this integrated and responsible approach, we aim to achieve:

  • Zero waste of products nearing expiration by giving them a meaningful second life.
  • Improved hygiene and living conditions for hundreds of people in need.
  • Clear alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
    • SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being
    • SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
    • SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production
  • Strengthening of our brand image as an ethical and committed company.
  • Increased stakeholder trust and engagement through tangible social contribution.

The Account and Contribute initiative aims to reduce plastic pollution by promoting the use of sustainable refillable products and supporting environmental research. Through this action, ReClean helps create a cleaner planet and a healthier future for upcoming generations.

Environmental Responsibility

We actively work to reduce plastic pollution by encouraging customers to use our ecofriendly refill solutions instead of products with polluting packaging and harmful compounds.

Additionally, we contribute to the advancement of environmental research, specifically studies focused on the decomposition of plastics, helping to protect and restore ecosystems.

Social Responsibility

By minimizing plastic waste and investing in research for a cleaner environment, we are helping to build a healthier, more sustainable society for future generations.

Our actions align with values of solidarity, equality, and social wellbeing.

Economic Responsibility

This initiative also strengthens our economic sustainability.

By choosing ReClean, customers know they are directly supporting scientific research aimed at reducing plastic waste.

This emotional connection boosts motivation to buy, building a responsible and loyal customer community.

How Will It Be Implemented?

At ReClean, we believe that every small action contributes to building a cleaner planet. 

To reinforce this commitment, for every 500 refills of our most popular product, ReClean will donate 15% of the profits to support research projects focused on plastic dissolution and environmental restoration.

Through this initiative, every customer who chooses to refill with ReClean becomes part of a collective effort to develop sustainable solutions for the future.
